Service Centre - Call Control
This Module offers a powerful call handling facility. With features
including Automatic Response Time Calculation, Contract Status Checking,
Preventative Maintenance Due Alerts and Engineer Tracking it ensures an
effective Call Management System in a Response Critical environment.
Plus, many optional Coding features to manage Field Engineers' Fault and
Repairs, Common reported problems, Contract Types and Call Resolution
Types. Field Service Reporting provides Product Quality Information, Engineers
Time Sheets and Time & Materials Invoicing Data. Statistical Reports
include analysis of Engineer Performance, Product Quality (MTTR and MTBF)
and Profitability Reports. In addition, this module offers the ability
to track and control Customer Calls which are not handled by a Field
Engineer. Designed for the Network Support environment, this module
allows the operator to Dispatch a Field Engineer to the Customer, assist
directly on the telephone or pass the problem to another department or
to an external agency.
