Service Centre - Metered Billing
The Tesseract Service Management System has a fully integrated Meter
Collection and Invoicing Module. The Contract System Supports three
basic type's of Meter Contract. Developed initially for the Photocopier
Industry this utility covers all the essential functions required to
manage Meter Billing Contracts. This now opens itself to all equipment
that requires clicks or meters recording for contract billing.
Serialized Products offer a range of Meter definitions including
variable length, variable weighting, estimate readings and decimeter
settings. We understand the need for flexibility and have developed a
system to cover all contract combinations including Inclusive and
Exclusive Consumables, Copy-block Contracts, Variable Charge Banding and
Minimum Billing including Excess Billing.
