FMAudit Data Exchange & Integration

FMAudit software applications are built on proven technologies. This allows exchange of information and integration with virtually any Windows application or database.

Whether you'd like to include reports in your PowerPoint or Word document for a customer proposal, import audit information into Excel or Access, or synchronize meter read information with your Service Management software, FMAudit will do this and much more.

FMAudit Products:
FMAudit Viewer is fully compatible with FMAudit Onsite. This gives you the advantage of receiving your customers audit information via email on a set schedule. No more onsite visits are required to manually walk around and collect meter reads.  Account Managers can stay up to date on their customers usage levels and requirements.  Technicians will know when their customers require attention and with the error information at their hands service dispatchers will know who is the best person to deploy.

Accounting and Service Management:
Audit information retrieved from printer and copier devices using FMAudit products may be exported to an industry standard Comma Separated Value (.CSV) file. The .CSV export can be customized to match any configuration you require.  This file format is compatible with today's industry leading Accounting and Service Management applications.  Your custom settings may then be saved and loaded as needed.

Microsoft Office:
FMAudit can exchange data and report results with all Microsoft Office products, with file formats such as .XLS, .HTML, and support for direct copy and paste.

Account Reassignment:
Using FMAudit Viewer's account export feature, you may select one or more accounts to export into a single compacted file.  This file may then be emailed and imported into another users FMAudit Viewer database.  This makes it easy to transfer and/or share account audit information.  Your headquarters may even keep a central database as a means for backup.
