Overview:
FMAudit Viewer USB is used by Sales people and Technicians to audit their prospective and existing customers' sites. The USB compatible device is plugged into any networked computers' USB port. Within minutes, the results are saved to the devices' free memory storage. Back in the office, the results may be analyzed and output to one of many reports.

The FMAudit Viewer USB device may be attached to the included key ring, or neck strap.

Print devices are automatically discovered on the network without any configuration required. Enterprise level installations are supported, with the ability to audit 1,000’s of networked devices within minutes.

Perform more comprehensive audits and detect local printers attached to workstations by deploying the optional workstation service.

Account Managers:
Account Managers (Sales Reps) use FMAudit USB to survey prospective and existing customers' sites. For convenience, it may be attached to their key ring so it's always available for unexpected drop-in calls. With ongoing device analysis they increase their sales activity and take a lot of the guess work out of the process. By knowing what the capacities must be, they can recommend upgrades or replacements to existing hardware.

Technicians:
Technicians use FMAudit Viewer USB to gather meter reads and other useful information. For convenience the FMAudit Viewer USB device may be attached to their key ring or a neck strap. With accurate audits of existing printers on regular intervals, reports may be generated. Some of these include the Cost-per-Page, Periodic Usage, and Device Exclusion List reports. Audit results may be exported for integration into the Solution Providers service management software.
